Italian grilled Panini to go: Guido’s Favorite, prosciutto cotto, spicy calabrese salami and provolone cheese or a Spikes tre formaggi, fresh mozzarella, fontina and gorgonzola or for mushroom lovers a Bella, baked portabello mushroom cap, mozzarella and pesto all on fresh baked ciabatta bread grilled to perfection.
